Free Returns within Germany and Europe 1
If you are not satisfied with the goods or they do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the cancellation period and return the goods to us. A label for returns can be found in your order confirmation. If you can no longer find this email, please feel free to contact our team. We are happy to help.
Guaranteed Delivery Times!
Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany (domestic) takes place within 1 - 4 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5 - 7 working days unless another delivery time is specified.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, provided we have not made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
On promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, but there may still be slight delays.
Delivery Handover to a Storage Location or Neighbor
After your delivery has been handed over to a desired storage location or your selected neighbor, it is unfortunately no longer possible for the parcel service or us to take responsibility. Therefore, please ensure that your package is safely and weatherproof stored at the storage location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home, so that our products can reach you safely and in good condition.

Express Shipping The delivery time is 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri) and orders placed by 13:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 or on weekends & holidays will be processed on the next working day.

No Fees for Your Chosen Payment Method!
We do not pass on the fees of the payment service providers to you. You only pay for the product with us. We cover all costs incurred in addition to the purchase price of the product for you.
With us, you can relax and pay using common online payment methods. Whether it's credit card, PayPal, or instant transfer – we want it to be as convenient and secure as possible for you.
However, and this is important to know – we have no influence on which payment method is available to you in a particular case. This is decided solely by the payment service providers according to their own rules. Sometimes it may happen that a specific payment method is not offered to you because the payment service provider has decided so. Not cool, we know. But unfortunately, it's out of our hands.
Nevertheless, we do our best to always offer you a good selection of payment options. So, don't worry – in most cases, payment with us goes smoothly and as you wish.

You transfer the invoice amount in advance to our account, which is indicated in the order confirmation. Shipping of your ordered products takes place immediately after receipt of the invoice amount.

Payment by Credit Card (a service from PayPal Plus)
With the payment method Pay by Credit Card (a service from PayPal), you will be automatically and securely redirected to the payment dialog of the service provider PayPal. This redirection is encrypted and offers you the highest possible data security. Of course, there are no additional costs for you with this payment method. Registration with PayPal is not necessary, as this payment method was developed by PayPal for customers without a PayPal account.

Here you first receive the goods and can pay the invoice amount directly to Klarna within 14 days. It is also possible to extend the payment term. Klarna Installments
With Klarna's installment purchase, you can determine the time period in which you want to pay for your goods. You will receive the goods and then settle the outstanding invoice amounts in monthly steps. All purchases you make through Klarna are collected in one monthly invoice. You decide each month how much you want to pay. This payment method is only available to customers from Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland & Norway.

For the instant transfer, you do not need to register with Klarna: You pay quickly and easily with your familiar online banking data. Thanks to real-time confirmation of the transfer order, we can ship the goods to you immediately.
