Redeeming your voucher on www.kavalio.de is done in four simple steps:

Simply go to www.kavalio.de and start your product search.
Add your favorite products to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Here you can create your member account to secure your welcome discount and the newsletter with trends, discounts, and important information about our products and equestrian sports. If you already have a member account, you will also find the login here.
In the order overview, you will find the field "Voucher code" where you can enter your personal voucher code. If you have another gift voucher, simply write this code in the order comment. We will then manually apply this voucher to your order afterwards.
You will then find the updated purchase price (minus the gift voucher value) in the overview.

Redemption conditions:
Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order. Multiple gift vouchers can be combined. Redeeming a promotional voucher and a gift voucher together is not possible. If you do not use the full value of the gift voucher for your order, the remaining balance will remain on your personal gift voucher code.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed on www.kavalio.de. Gift vouchers can be purchased via www.kavalio.de.

If the value of the gift voucher is not sufficient for your order, you can pay the difference using another payment method approved by www.kavalio.de. More details about payment options can be found at www.kavalio.de/Zahlungsmöglichkeiten.

The general terms and conditions and privacy policy of REFRESH Internet GmbH, which can be accessed on our website www.kavalio.de/AGB and www.kavalio.de/Datenschutzbestimmung, apply to the redemption of the gift voucher on the website www.kavalio.de.

Cancellation of your personal gift voucher is possible as long as it has not been fully or partially redeemed. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for the purchase of additional gift vouchers. REFRESH Internet GmbH is not liable in case of loss, theft, damage, or misuse of a gift voucher, promotional voucher, or gift card, and their voucher balances cannot be paid out in cash. Reselling gift vouchers and gift cards is also not permitted. REFRESH Internet GmbH assumes no liability for typos in the email address of the voucher recipient. Furthermore, REFRESH Internet GmbH assumes no liability for loss or theft of the voucher.

Promotional vouchers / vouchers from newsletters

Conditions for redeeming promotional vouchers at kavalio.de can be found below. Unless otherwise stated, the conditions described here apply to our promotional vouchers.

Only one promotional voucher can be used per order.
Only one promotional voucher is valid per customer and purchase.
Combining with other vouchers is not possible (gift vouchers are exempt here).
Combining newsletter codes with other promotional codes or goodie promotions is excluded.
Cash payment for the promotional voucher is not possible.
Reselling promotional vouchers is not permitted.
Certain brands are excluded from the promotions (if this is the case, you will find a detailed list directly on the promotional voucher or at www.kavalio.de).
Promotional vouchers cannot be redeemed for guest orders and are also not applicable to gift vouchers or additional service fees.
The validity of the promotional voucher is determined by the date specified on the promotional voucher. After that date, the promotional voucher can no longer be redeemed.
The required minimum order value must be reached to calculate the promotional voucher value. If this is not met, redemption of the promotional voucher is not permitted. The minimum order value can always be viewed on the promotional voucher and is clearly indicated there. If there is no minimum order value, this is also explicitly stated on the promotional vouchers. The minimum order value mentioned here in connection with the voucher applies only to the redemption of the vouchers and is not related to our free shipping.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, only the reduced purchase price will be refunded. There is no right to replacement of the promotional voucher. Furthermore, the promotional voucher loses its validity and the buyer is not entitled to the voucher value as soon as the purchase price is adjusted to a value below the minimum order value (required to activate the voucher) due to exercising the right of withdrawal.
REFRESH Internet GmbH is not liable in case of loss, theft, damage, or misuse of a promotional voucher.
