Please register the items you wish to return.

For orders from Germany, your return is free of charge. If we do not offer free returns for your country, please send the goods back to us at your own expense using a delivery service of your choice.

Step 2

Send

As soon as you have received your return label, pack the registered items in the original packaging or another suitable outer packaging.
Take the package to the nearest drop-off location.

Step 3

Refund

After we have received, processed, and checked your return, you will receive your money back via the payment method chosen during your order or as a voucher.

Please confirm the following points to start the return process correctly and smoothly:

— odorless
— in undamaged original packaging
— including all tags and accessories
