Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Whether the horse needs protection from harsh weather conditions during training or simply requires extra insulation on cold days, the RAIN COMFORT 100 movement rug is the right choice for outdoor training and use in, for example, a walker or on a treadmill.

When developing this movement rug, the horse's comfort was the top priority. The rug is designed without a center back seam and cut well over the withers for optimal pressure distribution. The shoulder-free design offers maximum freedom of movement and prevents overheating in the shoulder area during training.

The rug features light thermal insulation to help the horse maintain its comfort temperature during use. Additionally, it is equipped with an extremely slippery satin lining that allows gentle movement without rubbing. The shoulder, chest, and neck areas are fully edged with soft and supple synthetic rubber with a skin-friendly jersey surface to prevent chafing. Reflective strips on both sides and the tail flap ensure better visibility in the dark.
