Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

Breathable Air Liner

The specially developed Air-Liner lining provides additional shock absorption and supports good air circulation. Air can collect in the spaces between the Material, cushioning the impact forces that occur. When an impact occurs, the air is directed outward through the breathable Material and integrated ventilation openings. This allows heat to escape more effectively, keeping the horse's leg as comfortably tempered as possible. The outer surface is also equipped with breathable mesh fabric. This combination supports a balanced climate under the Fetlock Boots and enhances comfort.

Secure Fit with Hook-and-Loop Closure

For a reliable fit, the Fetlock Boots feature a wide double hook-and-loop closure. This allows you to fasten the Leg Protection individually around the horse's leg. A suitable adjustment helps reduce slipping during movement. At the same time, it helps prevent the Fetlock Boots from sitting unnecessarily tightly around the leg. The sturdy closure makes them quick and easy to put on and take off in the stable or before training.
