Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

The HKM Sweet Itch Rug Zebra made from breathable stretch material provides all-round protection for your horse against flies and insects.

Stretch material

The rug is made from breathable stretch material that fits your horse’s body well. The material is 100% polyester. The rug is black and white with a zebra pattern. This keeps your horse well protected in the pasture. It’s available in a range of sizes from 75 to 165.

All-round protection

The neck cover is integrated and adjustable in width. The belly flap and tail flap provide all-round protection from flies and insects, keeping the belly and base of the tail protected too. The sizes also fit ponies. Choose the size that matches your horse’s measurements so the rug fits well.

Easy care

You can machine wash the rug at 30 degrees. It’s also suitable for tumble drying, so it’s quickly ready to use again. That’s handy during insect season. After putting it on, check that the belly flap and tail flap fit properly to ensure there are no gaps in the protection.
