Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Care and washing instructions

To keep the soft teddy fleece in great condition, wash the Equestrian Stockholm Velvet Chestnut Teddy Jacket at 30 °C on a cold wash cycle with similar colors. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. The fleece jacket is not suitable for tumble drying. If needed, you can iron it at a low temperature with a damp cloth, at a maximum of 110 °C.
