Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Fly Rug with Neck Cover Aqua

The HKM Fly Rug with Neck Cover Aqua protects your horse from flies and other insects. The long neck cover also covers the neck.

Protection from insects

The rug protects your horse from flies and insects in the pasture or stable. The Material is especially tear-resistant. It is made of 100% polyester. A belly flap and tail flap provide extra protection. This keeps your horse relaxed even on warm days. The rug is available in Lemon and Aqua.

Neck cover with a good fit

The neck cover is firmly attached to the rug. You can adjust its width using the loops. Attach it to a Bridle or halter with the hook-and-loop fastener. Extra room around the neck improves the fit. Adjustable front fasteners and elastic leg straps keep it securely in place. The rug is available in sizes 115 to 165.

Easy care

Close all hook-and-loop fasteners before Washing. Then you can machine-wash the rug at 30 degrees. It is also dryer-safe, so it will be ready to use again quickly. Choose the Size to suit your horse’s measurements. This ensures a good fit and reliable protection.
