Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

The HKM Zebra Fly Rug with Neck Cover and Belly Flap offers your horse comprehensive protection. Its zebra pattern is designed to confuse flies as they approach.

Zebra Pattern Against Insects

According to HKM, the zebra pattern confuses flies and insects as they approach, making it difficult for them to land. The rug has black and white stripes. The Material is especially tear-resistant and made of 100% polyester. The rug is available in sizes 95 to 165.

Features

The sides are extra long. A belly flap and a permanently attached neck cover provide plenty of protection. The front fastening and belly flap are adjustable, and the neck cover can be adjusted for width. The integrated gussets allow plenty of freedom of movement. This is important when your horse spends longer periods in the paddock. The rug fits your horse well.

Easy Care

You can machine-wash the rug at 30 degrees. It is also suitable for tumble drying, so it will be ready to use again quickly. That’s handy during fly season. Choose the Size to suit your horse’s measurements. This way, the rug fits well and provides reliable protection.
