Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. HKM Fly Veil Romy

The HKM Romy Fly Veil with a contrasting glitter trim protects your horse from flies and insects.

Protection and Design

It's made from 100% cotton. The contrasting glitter trim adds a stylish touch. The ears are elastic and fit snugly. A fly veil protects your horse's ears and forehead from flies and mosquitoes. It's worn under the Bridle while riding. This helps your horse stay more relaxed when there are lots of insects around.

Sizes and Colors

It's available in Shetty, Pony, Thoroughbred, and Warmblood sizes. There are 13 colors, including red, coral, wine red, and pink. The matching Romy Saddle Pad is also available. Choose the Size based on your horse's head. It should fit well without pressing, with enough room for the ears.

Putting On and Care

You can machine wash this item at 30 degrees on a delicate cycle. It's also suitable for tumble drying. Pull the fly veil over the ears and place it under the Bridle. Make sure it lies flat and doesn't slip. Wash it regularly to keep it fresh. Leave it to air dry.
