Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Crystal Mane Bands

The HKM Crystal Mane Bands make your horse sparkle.

Material and Features

The bands have a diameter of approx. 1.5 cm. They are adorned with delicate stones. Use them to secure braided plaits. That way, you'll be well prepared for competition day. They're a must-have in every competition bag.

Sizes and Colors

They're available in a set of 5 or 20. Choose from amber, white, red, pink, baby blue, and black. Pick the option that best matches your horse and equipment. It's best to compare them with the equipment you already have. That way, you'll quickly find the right ones.

Care and Notes

Remove them carefully after the competition to avoid pulling out any hair. Check that everything is complete before the competition. Store the pieces neatly in a dry place. That way, you'll have everything to hand on competition day.
