Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

The HKM Turnout Rug Highneck Innsbruck with 200 g filling keeps your horse warm and dry in the pasture. It is waterproof, windproof, and breathable.

Weather protection for the pasture

The rug is filled with 200 g of padding to keep your horse warm on cold days. The outer material is waterproof and windproof. At the same time, it is breathable, allowing moisture to escape. The material is also tear-resistant. This makes the rug ideal for changeable weather in the pasture. It is made from 100% polyester.

Extra room around the neck

The high neck cut also protects the neck from wind and weather. Extra room around the neck increases comfort and ensures a good fit. The Innsbruck comes in classic black. It is available in sizes from 115 to 165. Choose the size that matches your horse’s measurements.

Care after time in the pasture

You can machine wash the rug at up to 30 degrees. It is also suitable for tumble drying. So it will be ready to use again soon after washing. This is practical if the rug gets dirty after wet days. Check that all fasteners are closed before putting it on. This helps the rug fit well on your horse.
