Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Turnout Rug Starter 300 g Highneck

The HKM Starter Turnout Rug with 300 g of padding protects your horse from wind, rain, and dirt in the field. Its high neck also protects your horse’s neck.

Warm, waterproof, and breathable

The 300 g of padding keeps your horse warm on cold days. The 600D outer fabric protects against wind, rain, and dirt. With a 3,000 mm hydrostatic head, the rug is waterproof. Its breathability is 3,000 ml per m² over 24 hours, creating a comfortable climate under the rug. The seams are welded.

High neck, freedom to move

The high neck is ideal for horses with sensitive withers that react to friction or pressure. It also protects the neck. Gussets provide greater freedom of movement, so your horse can move freely in the field. The rug is available in navy blue. It comes in sizes 115 to 165 and is made from 100% polyester.

Secure fit in any weather

Double front fastenings secure the rug at the front. Cross surcingles, elastic leg straps, and a tail strap help keep it in place. A tail flap provides extra protection from wind and wet weather, so the rug stays in place even when your horse is moving. Choose the size to suit your horse’s measurements for a good fit at the shoulders and hindquarters.
