Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Turnout Rug Highneck Starter with smooth lining

The HKM Turnout Rug Highneck Starter with smooth lining is a lightweight rug for wet days. The waterproof and windproof 600D outer material protects your horse in the field.

Protection from rain and wind

The 600-denier outer material is waterproof and windproof. The rug’s Seams are welded. The inside has a smooth lining. The rug has no wadding. This makes it suitable for wet but not too cold days. It is made of 100% polyester.

Protection for the neck and chest

The Highneck cut protects against drafts around the neck and chest. The withers are padded. Gussets allow your horse plenty of freedom of movement, so it can move freely in the field. The rug is available in dark blue. You can get it in Size 115 to 165.

A secure fit in the field

Adjustable cross surcingles with metal fasteners keep the rug in place under the belly. Leg straps provide extra security, so the rug stays in place even when your horse moves around. This is important when your horse is playing in the field. Choose the Size to match your horse’s measurements. This ensures a good fit at the shoulder and hindquarters.
