Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Saddle Pad Aria

The HKM Saddle Pad Aria combines functional materials with practical features.

Material and construction

It is made of 100% polyester. The functional knit underside helps wick away moisture quickly. The Filling consists of foam and wadding, making it pleasantly soft. Straps with hook-and-loop fasteners keep it in place on the saddle.

Shapes, sizes, and colors

The size description indicates the shape: dressage saddle pads are cut longer, while eventing saddle pads are shorter and designed for jumping and eventing saddles. Available sizes are Dressage, Pony Dressage, Pony Eventing, and Eventing. Choose from burgundy, purple, light gray, and dark gray. Choose the shape that matches your saddle. Dressage saddles have long, straight saddle flaps, while jumping and eventing saddles have shorter flaps cut farther forward. This helps the saddle pad sit evenly under the saddle.

Care and use

You can machine wash the item at 30 degrees. Fasten all hook-and-loop closures before Washing. Lay the saddle pad flat on your horse’s back before saddling, without any folds. Pull it up slightly into the saddle channel around the withers so it does not feel tight there. Brush off any loose hair before Washing. Let the saddle pad dry completely before putting it back on.
