Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. The breathable HKM Saddle Pad Della Sera Classico CM Style has an anatomically shaped design.

Material and workmanship

The Saddle Pad is breathable. Its anatomically shaped design ensures a particularly good fit. The functional fabric on the underside wicks away moisture quickly. Hook-and-loop straps keep it in place on the saddle. The Material is 100% polyester. It can be paired with other items from the Della Sera collection.

Shapes, sizes and colors

The size indicates the shape: dressage saddle pads are cut longer, while eventing saddle pads are shorter and designed for jumping and eventing saddles. The available sizes are Dressage, Pony Dressage, Pony Eventing and Eventing. Choose from reddish brown and gray. This creates a coordinated look. Choose the shape that suits your saddle. Dressage saddles have long, straight flaps, while jumping and eventing saddles have shorter flaps cut further forward.

Care and use

You can machine-wash the item on a delicate cycle at 30 degrees. It is also suitable for tumble drying. Fasten all hook-and-loop closures before Washing. Lay the Saddle Pad smoothly over the horse's back before saddling. Gently pull it up into the saddle channel around the withers so it does not pull there. Brush off any loose hair before Washing.
