Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Premium Transport Brushing Boots

The HKM Premium Transport Brushing Boots protect your horse’s legs while traveling in a trailer or horsebox.

Material and protection

They are filled with cotton wool. The area around the bulbs of the heels is reinforced. Three wide hook-and-loop fasteners make them quick to put on. The material is 100% polyester. They extend well over the legs, protecting them from knocks during transport.

Sizes and colors

They are available in Pony, Thoroughbred, and Warmblood sizes. Choose from brown, burgundy, light gray, dark blue, and black. They come as a set of four. Choose the right size for your horse. They should extend from the coronary band to above the joint.

Putting on and care

You can machine-wash this item at 30 degrees. It is also suitable for tumble drying. Close all hook-and-loop fasteners before washing. Put the Brushing Boots on before loading your horse. Fasten them from top to bottom. Check the fit before setting off.
