Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Reins Colour woven with rubber

The HKM Colour Reins are woven with colorful rubber in pink or turquoise.

Material and features

The woven rubber provides good grip, so the reins won't slip through your hands. The buckles are made of stainless steel and ensure secure fastening. The stops are made of leather. Reins connect your hand to the bit. A good grip is important for subtle aids.

Sizes and colors

Available in Shetty, Pony, Thoroughbred, and Warmblood sizes. Choose from Black/Pink and Black/Turquoise. They come in sizes from Shetty to Warmblood. Choose the rein size to suit your horse. The reins should not be too long so they don't sag. This way, you'll always have good contact.

Care and safety

Check the buckles and Seams regularly. Replace damaged reins promptly. Clean the reins after riding. Care for the leather parts with a leather conditioner. This will help them stay grippy for a long time. Store them in a dry place.
