Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

Innovative and Lightweight Design

The Freejump Plume Airbag Vest Safety Vest does not require a conventional inner air tube thanks to its innovative design. Instead, Freejump uses a multilayer textile processed with ultrasonic welding technology. This creates an exceptionally thin and seamless airbag vest with a low weight. The Plume is at least 25% lighter than a conventional riding airbag. The breathable Material supports comfortable wear during training, competitions and everyday work with your horse. At the same time, the close-fitting design provides plenty of freedom of movement in the saddle.

Fast Deployment and High Protection

The Plume Airbag Vest Safety Vest protects key areas of the body such as the thorax, vital organs, neck, spine and lumbar region. An inflatable collar, combined with a certified Riding Hat, also helps protect the cervical spine area. In Size M, the airbag fully deploys within just 90 milliseconds. This means that the inflation speed exceeds the requirements of the NF S72-800-2022 safety standard. Ergonomic women's and men's cuts ensure a precise fit for an optimal fit and high wearing comfort. The vest can also be easily and precisely adjusted to your body using the strap system.

Made in France and Practical for Everyday Use

The Freejump Plume Airbag Vest Safety Vest is fully developed in France and manufactured at Freejump's workshops in Bordeaux. The textile used also comes from French production. Each vest is individually tested to ensure high reliability in equestrian sports. When the relevant care instructions are followed, the Plume is also machine washable. It can be worn under jackets from more than 20 equestrian textile brands, provided they are certified for this use according to NF S72-800-2022. The packaging follows a responsible approach with standards such as FSC and Ecovadis CSR, while ISO 9001 ensures controlled quality processes.
