Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

HKM Bandages Innovation

The HKM Innovation bandages made of double-sided fleece are ideal for dressage work.

Material and features

They are made of double-sided fleece. A 5 cm-wide, durable micro hook-and-loop fastener makes them easy to put on. They come in a set of 4 in a zippered bag. The Material is 100% polyester. This keeps your horse well protected. They are part of the basic equipment in the stable.

Sizes and colors

You can choose from lengths of 100 cm, 200 cm, and 300 cm. They are available in 10 colors, including light green, raspberry, white, and dark brown. The size indicates the length of the bandage. Choose the version that suits your horse and equipment. It’s best to compare it with your current equipment. That way, you’ll quickly find the right one.

Care and instructions

You can machine wash this item at 30 degrees. It is also tumble-dryer safe. Fasten all hook-and-loop closures before washing. Wrap the bandages evenly without any creases. Start below the carpal or hock joint and work your way down. Don’t pull them too tight.
