Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

Der HKM Fellwechselhelfer Alina entfernt im Fellwechsel die Unterwolle einfach und schnell.

Ausstattung

Er entfernt die Unterwolle. Laut HKM eignet er sich auch für empfindliche Pferde. Er besteht aus Kunststoff. Ein Federstriegel hat feine Metallzähne. Er löst groben Schmutz und lose Haare. Gerade im Fellwechsel ist er praktisch.

Farben und Ausführung

Zur Auswahl stehen Pink und Schwarz. Farbiges Putzzeug findest du im Stall schneller wieder. So behältst du in der Putzbox den Überblick. Kombiniere es mit weiterem Putzzeug in deiner Lieblingsfarbe. So entsteht ein einheitlicher Look.

So nutzt du den Federstriegel

Ziehe den Federstriegel mit leichtem Druck über das Fell. Arbeite in Wuchsrichtung der Haare. Spare Kopf, Beine und knochige Stellen aus. Danach bürstest du das Fell mit einer Kardätsche. Entferne die Haare nach dem Putzen aus den Zähnen. Bewahre ihn trocken auf.
