Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

The tear-resistant HKM Fly Mask in a zebra look protects the eyes, ears, and nostrils.

Protection and Material

It is tear-resistant. The ears and nostrils are also covered. The zebra pattern gives it a striking look. A fly mask protects the eyes and head from flies and mosquitoes. It is worn in the pasture or paddock. The mesh lets your horse see well.

Sizes and Colours

It is available in Shetty, Pony, Thoroughbred, and Warmblood sizes. The colour is white/black. It is also available for Shetties. Choose the size to fit your horse’s head. The mesh should not touch the eyes. The mask should not slip.

Putting on and care

You can machine-wash this item at 30 degrees. It is also suitable for tumble drying. Fasten all hook-and-loop closures before washing. Put the mask on and fasten the hook-and-loop closure so it fits well without pressing. Check the fit and eye area daily. Remove dirt and hair regularly.
