Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

Die HKM Outdoordecke Highneck Innsbruck mit 400 g Wattefüllung hält dein Pferd auf der Weide warm und trocken. Sie ist wasserdicht, winddicht und atmungsaktiv.

Wetterschutz für die Weide

Die Decke ist mit 400 g Watte gefüllt und wärmt dein Pferd an kalten Tagen. Das Außenmaterial ist wasserdicht und winddicht. Gleichzeitig ist es atmungsaktiv, sodass Feuchtigkeit entweichen kann. Das Material ist außerdem reißfest. So ist die Decke für wechselhaftes Wetter auf der Weide gemacht. Sie besteht zu 100 % aus Polyester.

Mehr Weite am Hals

Der hohe Halsschnitt schützt auch den Hals vor Wind und Wetter. Eine Mehrweite im Halsbereich erhöht den Tragekomfort. Sie sorgt außerdem für eine gute Passform der Decke. Die Innsbruck ist in klassischem Schwarz gehalten. Du bekommst sie in vielen Größen von 115 bis 165. Wähle die Größe passend zu den Maßen deines Pferdes.

Pflege nach dem Weidegang

Du kannst die Decke bis 30 Grad in der Maschine waschen. Sie ist außerdem trocknergeeignet. So ist sie nach dem Waschen bald wieder bereit. Das ist praktisch, wenn die Decke nach nassen Tagen verschmutzt ist. Kontrolliere vor dem Auflegen, ob alle Verschlüsse geschlossen sind. So sitzt die Decke gut am Pferd.
