Free Returns within Germany

If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times abroad (EU or worldwide) are 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

On special promotion days such as Black Friday or during the Christmas season, we expect a particularly high volume of packages. We do everything to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but minimal delays may occur.

Handing Over Your Delivery to a Drop-off Location or Neighbor

After handing over your delivery to a desired drop-off location or your selected neighbor, the parcel service and we unfortunately cannot continue to assume liability. Therefore, please ensure that your package will be safely and weatherproof stored at the drop-off location and/or that your selected neighbor is at home so that our products reach you safely and in good condition.

Cleaning and Care

The Shampoo Gloss Horse Shampoo is specifically designed for gentle cleaning of the horse coat. With ingredients like panthenol and silk protein, the hair is intensively cared for. The neutral pH value ensures a balanced base with every application. Even stubborn dirt can be reliably removed. The sweet bubble-gum scent remains subtly in the coat after Washing. This gives you an efficient combination of cleaning and shine for coat care.

Easy Application

Handling the shampoo is straightforward and perfectly suited for everyday use. You can apply the product directly to the wet coat or dilute it in a bucket with lukewarm water. It can be easily massaged in and foamed up with gentle movements. For heavily soiled areas, undiluted use is also possible. After letting it work, rinse the coat thoroughly with water. Afterwards, it is recommended to remove excess liquid with a sweat scraper.
