If you do not like the goods or if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order within the withdrawal period and send the goods back to us. You will receive a label for returns in our Returns Portal.

Guaranteed Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed). Antislip silicone surfaces in the saddle area help reduce slipping during jumping. The Innostrap system allows you to fix it precisely to the saddle billets. Additionally, the girth loop offers a triple fixation option so everything sits exactly as you need it. This supports a steady position even during active canter work. The concept is especially practical if you switch between different saddles or girth positions. This way, the saddle pad stays reliably in place during training and competition.
